I took my MacBook Pro to Apple Repairs Kent after a minor coffee spill, and Phil was fantastic. He completed an inspection and cleaned the internals with great attention to detail within my appointment. Fortunately for me, Phil said the internals of my MacBook were untouched by the spill (very lucky). Professional, honest, and efficient—the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Phil for any Apple repairs!

Phil has been repairing my Apple phones, laptops and pads for a few years now, always to a like new standard at reasonable prices, I can't recommend him high enough, I'll always take my kit to him.

I’ve just had an iPad repaired with a faulty charging port. Phil was very helpful and friendly. Repair was done very quickly so I would recommend to anyone with an Apple product needing a fix.

I have used Apple repairs Kent many times over the past few years and have always been happy with speed and care work had been carried out on both Phones and iPads, cost has always been competitive. And I will always use them for repairs on Apple equipment.

Have both bought a refurbished phone and had several repairs to iPhones and all have been done swiftly and had no further problems. Would definitely use them if and when needed.

Dropped my MacBook Pro and as a result the lid no longer knew if it was opened or closed. Phil was able to diagnose, replace the faulty part and fix the problem with zero fuss. Great communication throughout the whole process and I thought the price for his time was very reasonable. Would definitely use him again if needed.

Once again I have received excellent service from Apple Repairs. The screen on iPhone XR was badly damaged and barely usable, the charge port didn’t work anymore, I had resorted to a wireless charger. As I live in Maidstone I did ask for quotes at a few of the repair shops but I was unhappy with the responses, all quoted for a replacement port. All tried the heavy sales approach insisting that I should have it done immediately Quite frankly I didn’t trust them enough to do the repairs required. I decided that I would book into Apple Repairs, the repair was completed in 30 minutes and the port was cleaned and didn’t require replacing. Apple Repairs are excellent and trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

Real person review : I had a mac book that had a faulty battery, so I replaced it and left it in a drawer. When I came back to it to get it repaired the battery had expanded and the laptop was dead. In a panic I got onto the Internet to find a place to repair it - as apple wasn't viable. I found Apple Repairs Kent- their contacting system was easy to use, with just the right amount of automation and human interaction. The booking process was simple and the directions to the business were clear and precise. When I showed up I was greeted with a warm smile and an accommodating welcome. I explained the issue and I was given a clear path as to what the next steps would be to try and fix the issue and with that what the costs would be for each eventuality. The advice was upbeat, clear, and reasonable and there was a can do attitude that sometimes you don't get from service repairs. The repair happened promptly, and I When I returned, we chatted for a while and there was a real sense of passion for the work that is done and the desire to really help people with issues with Apple products as opposed to just trying to earn money. It's a business clearly forged from a passion for the products rather than a money making venture. There was so much equipment and tools to complete all manner of jobs it felt like I was in a bond movie when he gets all his gadgets. A great service, a speedy fix and a suitable cost for the remedy. I would highly recommend if you need any future works doing on any Apple products.

Brilliant! Saved me money by cleaning the lightening port on my phone properly, for free. I thought I’d cleaned it out myself, obviously not well enough. He could have just changed the port and charged me a lot of money.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU! Phil. My laptop was completely covered from a spilt milkshake. I didn't hold out much hope of it ever working again. But I thought I'd give Phil a call. I thought he'd say "No chance" but he told me to bring it and he'd have a look. The keyboard was all stuck, as you would expect, and couldn't access the internet. To cut a long story short, he diligently worked on it, cleaning it, replacing components and gave it a new sound bar. I couldn't believe it's all working again! Absolutely amazing! Thank you very much Phil. Will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

We had our old 2015 Imac’s hard drive upgraded to the SSD version. Great result the Mac is much faster and no longer hangs up. Great hassle free service from Phillip.

i’ve been going to these guys for over 12 years and they are the best . Professional, speedy and good value. In a completely different league from the pop up stalls or high street shops. I know, i mistakenly tried one once!

13/12/2024 Another excellent experience and massive thank you to Phil. The screen on my A1707 Apple Mac Pro laptop failed so I was not able to access my data and I had no back up. Dropped it to Phil and after a speedy investigation he offered me the options available going forward. The issue has been resolved to my joy and relief. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Philip was fantastic today. I woke up this moring to find my iphone stuck on a black screen and just the apple logo. I went to a repair place near my work who said it needed to be reset and I would loose everything on it. No other option. This was also going to cost me £50. I found Apple Repairs Kent on google and called them and spoke to Philip. He said bring it in and he will take a look. I left it with him for about an hour. Came back to collect it and he had managed to rest it completely, without loosing anything on it. All for just £20. I am so grateful for this. Philip was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again in future. Thank you Philip you made my day.

Iphone 15 frozen after trying to restore, easy to book an appointment which is recommended. Took less than half an hour for software to be reinstalled and iphone back to perfect working order. Very reasonable cost too, was expecting more. Would definitely recommend.

Took my MacBook to Apple a while to replace battery and fix my trappad, they gave me a quote of £350. Recently found Apple Repairs Kent online and booked the Mac, their service was fast, dropped the machine to them myself and within 24 hours it had been repaired with a new battery and trappad…I know you want to know the bill, it was a £135 for labour and parts! Brilliant service. I highly recommend recommend Apple Repairs Kent. Very professional service, first class👌

I had a charger stuck in the port and I went to Apple repairs Kent. There staff is kind and they do good repairs I had a charging cable stuck and the result and difference was good well done.

After visiting Apple at Bluewater who said my daughter would need a new phone after getting the battery replaced by a 3rd party and the Face ID no longer working after the replacement, I Googled and found Apple Repairs Kent. Took the phone in yesterday for a quick diagnostic check, Phil took the phone and fixed the problem within a few minutes! He wouldn't accept any payment either. Absolutely thrilled and grateful to have found such a superstar who knows what he's doing and he was a lovely chap too! Absolutely would 100% recommend Apple Repairs Kent.
