The screen on my phone suddenly stopped responding, I made an appointment with Phil for the following morning at 9am. I arrived on time, Phil met me in reception, I explained what had happened and he he said he would take a look, 10 minutes later Phil came out with the phone fully working. He then explains that the terminal to the board had dislodged and asked had it been impacted, I had dropped the phone but it’s in a protective case and cover so I didn’t think there was a problem as it had worked. Phil said there was no charge which I thought was very honest and genuine of him as he could have charged me for a new screen and I would have been none the wiser. This is my 2nd time of using Phil and can honestly say it’s fantastic customer service and a genuinely nice bloke.

Great communications and service throughout the diagnosis and repair process from Philip. The i-pod was repaired as promised and promptly returned in full working condition, looking as good as it did when the unit was shipped. I strongly recommend this service if you have a problem with your i-pod classic.

I visited Apple Repairs to get the damaged rear glass on my iPhone 12 replaced. Phil explained that he does not just replace the glass but rebuilds the whole phone into a new rear housing. Leaving the phone with them in the morning the job was done and I was able to collect my new looking iphone late that afternoon. Fantastic service from a super friendly and efficient repair shop. Hi this is my 2nd time using Apple repairs Kent both times Phil has been polite and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about finding the fault with my iPad The 1st time was a couple of years ago and the repair was completed within a day as promised and worked perfectly afterwards I now have another issue with same iPad I was quoted a very reasonable price again and I intend to get it booked in for repair in next week

Ability to monitor progress via account log on. Photos of work status provided on completion and at point of invoicing. Cost less than expected as I had added up individual costs of battery change and new SSD. Lesser cost for labour since 2 jobs being done at same time. Returned Ipod well packed and signed for delivery. Looking forward to another 17+ years usage. Many thanks.

Found this service online whilst looking for somewhere to get my iPod repaired. They were swift and courteous in replying to my enquiries. The work itself was carried out promptly and the iPod posted back to me next day, so a very quick turnaround. All seems to have been done as advertised. Communications were good throughout. Sent 3 Macbook Pros for repair via postage. Team was very honest, fixed one (battery replacement), serviced another (usb ports) and inspected a screen issue which financially was not worth proceeding with repairing (Returned back to me without issue). All items were sent back in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them.

Easy to book in on web site, easy free parking in a great location and to top it all a fast service when you get there. My iphone battery was replaced while I sat and waited. Didn’t take too long either. Highly recommend Apple Repairs Kent.

Excellent service at a reasonable price.

iMac packed up. Wouldn’t fire up at all. Phil traced it to the logic board. All fixed and working well. Good service. Would thoroughly recommend.
