Remote support appointment confirmation

Thank you for booking your remote support session with us.

A member of our tech team will call you at your booked time slot to start the remote support session.

Please check your spam/junk email folder if you have not received your appointment confirmation.

Please remember:

  • To have your computer or laptop powered on, connected to the internet and a hot beverage to hand!
  • The initial £40 appointment fee is non-refundable if you miss your appointment and fail to let us know within 24 hours.
  • If you are unable to make your appointment please let us know within 24 hours so that we can reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and your initial £40 appointment fee becoming lost.
  • Please be ready for a member of our tech team at your appointment start time, otherwise, you may need to wait until the next available appointment day and time and your initial £40 appointment fee will be lost.
